Cancellation Policy
Cancellations For Tranfers Booked For A Sedan Or SUV Must Be Received Two Hours Prior Reservation Time To Avoid Forfeiture Of 100% Of The Estimated Trip Total, As You Will Be Charged Directly To The Credit Card On File.
Cancellations For A Sedan Or SUV Booked For A Charter Two Hours Or Greater Require A 50% Deposit At Time Of Booking That Becomes Non-Refundable 48 Hours Prior To Contract Start Time. If Client Cancells Within Two Hours Of Contract Start Time A Cancellation Fee Of 100% Of The Estimated Trip Total Will Be Charged To The Credit Card On File.
Rules Of Conduct
1. No Smoking Is Allowed In The Vehicle
2. No Alcohol Permited In The Vehicle
3. Any Unusual Spillage, Solling, Or Demage To The Vehicle Caused By The Passenger Will Result In A $250.00 Clean Up Fee Being Charged Directly To The Credit Card On File For The Trip.
4. A Representative / Chauffeur Reserves The Right To Refuse Service To Any Passenger For Any Type Of Gross Misconduct, Inebriation, Or Descrimination.
